Finally, World Cup came to the end. It's Spain, for the very first time if not mistaken. A bit disappointed though, since I was on Holland's side... And today is such a sleepy working day. All due to the final match (which only ended up in additional time, not 90 minutes... Luckily it was not till penalty)
The champion is already definite, but has World Cup fever fully over??? I'm sure it will still be the discussion topics among many, which game is the best, best player, best goal etc...
And also why top league players did not perform their best at this World Cup. At least, we know where Ronaldo's excitement was placed during this season..
Few cousins of mine kept buying and changing jerseys when their teams of choice lost. From one team they changed to another to keep up with the season. I think in the end, each of them collected at least 3 of different pairs....
I guess many will agree with me, the hero this season is without doubt Paul the Octopus...
Wonder what will happen to him now. Will he still be there next season? I got a feeling it's gonna be a different animal next....!!!!
