The truth is sometimes too hurtful.... Just like what happened to my mother's siblings after my grandparents left us...
My grandmother left us for more than five years now... And grandfather left us last year.... Still think of them everyday though.... For the love they gave... for their kindness... for their memories.... And just thinking of them bring tears to my eyes....
Anyway, it was never the same for my uncles... There were arguments, dissatisfactions and of course not talking to each other... Everyone blaming everyone... Luckily, my mother talks to everyone... and I think being the eldest sister and good to everyone, makes them in a way show some respect to her...
Last year raya was very quiet....
Alhamdulillah, this time there were changes... We even had a raya bbq... Although not everyone was there, it was much much better than none at all... I'm happy for the effort... And I pray that soon everyone will be together... InsyaAllah....
A start, I hope for all of us to be back together....
