Another weekend full with kenduri...

Again, my weekend was filled with attending kenduri. Yesterday, it was a wedding reception and today was an engagement.

The engagement today was something that has been delayed for about 3 or 4 years. InsyaAllah the akad will be on this coming December. Initially, the parents were against the relationship. I think it was on the groom-to-be side.... And I'm on the bride-to-be side.

The couple made it through despite some obstacles, showing and proving the strength of their relationship. Today is like a small victory to them. I'm sure they are both very happy that they've made it this far..

There will be more challenges awaiting them I guess... And I really hope they will continue to be strong together....
