Being innovative....

Had an exciting, interesting, emotional week at workplace... It was all about how and to what extent some people will go in order to be great, innovative and success maybe... There is nothing wrong about trying to be innovative, but must that involves 'back stabbing' and 'bypassing'...?!!
And, it does not only revolve on who you know but more on what you know about who you know..!!! That's the secret to ensure you can have what you want...!!

Anyway, He is fair... We hear often, what you give you get back...
