Of course the 'sweetest' thing while working in private is the fact that when you don't like it where you are.... you are always allowed to resign and look for another opportunity... most importantly you won't disturb others.... and just hope for a better new workplace.... should it be otherwise, try again, hoping for more luck this time.... hahaha....
In public, we can asked to be transferred.... or being transferred involuntarily.... but... will the new place be better???... hope so... but how about others who are happy where they are, yet became the victims just to fill up the vacant seats...??? And so... the requests for transferred will be a continuing process.... without end....
And here I am right now... being stuck... balancing the need, the consequences and the benefits...
Maybe I just need to look on how to transfer the problems so that it is no longer mine... !!
Just kidding..... InsyaAllah, there'll be some lights at the end of the tunnel....
